Magellan Midstream Partners Manager, Marketing & Development in Tulsa, Oklahoma


The Manager, Marketing & Development, Pasadena Terminal, is responsible for the commercial development, project management and business development for the Pasadena Terminal. Projects include expansion and new construction at existing locations as well as the identification of potential acquisitions.

  • Develops relationships with terminal customers through visits and other activities. Uses relationships to solidify existing business at our terminals and develop new business.

  • Participates in strategy discussions and planning to develop strategic direction and focus for assigned area. Identifies and pursues terminal level business opportunities (including potential acquisitions) and determines feasibility and viability of different projects through detailed economic and risk analysis.

  • Performs oversight and review of ongoing projects to ensure work is being completed on time and within the scope of the AFE. If problems are identified, provides recommendations to ensure projects are brought back on track, or escalates issues to senior management.

  • Responsible for employee development, establishing goals, providing counseling and disciplinary actions when necessary. Ensures employees are held accountable for performing job responsibilities.


  • At least five years of industry related experience is required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field is required.
